Since 2007 I have been helping people to commence better lives through buildIng better careers within global companies.
I am an ICF certified career coach with a degree in psychology and 13 years at Kelly Services, one of the largest workforce solutions companies in the world. Thus, I have had experience using hundreds of talent acquisition practices and have interviewed thousands of candidates who shared their career stories.
From my experience, finding the correct fit between a candidate and an employer often requires an empathetic understanding of the candidate as much as the demands of employers. My background and experience have been vital in this goal.
